Cancellation Policy
Please contact our customer service team via email (support@lovefollowus.com) to cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

1、When canceling an order and requesting a refund, bank or PayPal service fees are non-refundable.

2、For customized products, if you cancel the order during the production period (within 6 hours of placing the order), a handling fee will be charged.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the returned items are new, unworn, and in their original packaging. After processing the return, store credit will be issued to your account (shipping and taxes are non-refundable). Returns outside the return period or not following the return instructions may not be accepted.

Get Return Address
Please email our customer service team at support@lovefollowus.com, including your order number, product name, and your return request. We will provide you with the return address.

1、Product Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable (including costs incurred during the return process, such as shipping, duties, taxes, etc.).

2、For free shipping products, if you request a return or refund due to non-quality issues, a $9.99 postage fee will be deducted.

3、Return Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is completed successfully. Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the returned items.

4、If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, uncollected order, or other reasons, we will charge you for shipping before resending or refunding.

5、Customized Products: If the return is for a customized product and the reason is not due to quality issues, we will deduct the following customization fees from the total order amount:18K Gold Jewelry: $200；Sterling Silver Jewelry: $30
